Billy J Rash

Dr. Billy J. Rash has served as senior pastor of Kern Christian Center in Bakersfield, California, for over 25 years. He also serves his community as chaplain for the Bakersfield Police Department. Dr. Rash earned a Doctorate of Divinity from Southern California Theological Seminary and a Doctorate of Theology from Vision Christian University. He is an advisory board member for Hilton Sutton World Ministries and sits on the President’s Cabinet for Jerry Savelle Ministries.
