Terry Law, president and founder of Terry Law Ministries\World Compassion, has become one of America's foremost speakers on praise and worship. In the late 1960's, Terry Law began an international missionary team called Living Sound. With a special emphasis in world missions, Terry Law has led Living Sound teams to minister in over 40 countries of the world seeing multiplied thousands of people accept Jesus Christ as Savior for the first time. An unprecedented invitation to appear at a Communist youth gathering gave Terry Law and Living Sound their first entrance behind the Iron Curtain. Throughout the 70's and early 80's Living Sound teams ministered extensively to audiences of up to 250,000 people throughout the USSR, Poland, Hungary, Yugoslavia, Romania, as well as western Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America. In the mid-1980's a gradual shift of focus developed in the outreaches of Terry Law Ministries. Rather than sending teams from the west to evangelize in eastern-bloc nations, Terry Law Ministries\World Compassion began to support the evangelistic work of nations throughout the USSR and Poland. Terry Law Ministries\World Compassion has established a network among the unregistered churches throughout the USSR\Commonwealth of Independent States throughout which teaching materials, worship tapes, as well as the Bible are being distributed throughout the nation.
